Cloudflare is a free CDN and protection layer that speeds up the site and filters harmful traffic. Setup takes a few minutes.
Step 1. Connect the domain
Sign up, add the domain and change the NS servers at your registrar to Cloudflare's servers.
Step 2. Caching
Enable static caching and set the retention period. Exclude dynamic content from the cache via Page Rules.
Step 3. Protection
- Enable WAF and bot-protection mode.
- Activate Always Online in case the server is unavailable.
- Forced HTTPS and HSTS.
